Why the recognition results are constantly incorrect when scanning the electronic sceen?
We are very sorry that our products have brought you a bad use experience. Due to the limitation of industry technology, many dictionary pens sold on the market can not fully identify the text on the electronic screen. Please understand that our iFlytek Smart Dictionary Pen mainly scans the text printed in regular printed fonts.

Is charging safe/can charging be used/can other charging cables be used?
1. The charging process is safe and can be used during charging.
2. Both TYPE-C charging cables can be used.
3. Support for power bank charging. To ensure that the battery of the dictionary pen can be fully charged, it is recommended that the capacity of the power bank be at least 1000mAh or above, and the power bank should support a charging power output of 5V/1A.
